Genix Integrate includes Genix Edge, Contextual Fusion Hub, Cognitive Data Lake, System Twin Integrity Hub, and Knowledge Services Hub.

Contextual Fusion Hub

Contextual Fusion Hub provides the capabilities to map the source system data brought in through the Omnisource integration platform and builds the System level asset information model as the foundation for advanced analytics. Following are the key features of Contextual Fusion Hub in Genix Suite 25.2:

  • Automatic listing of new Edge Devices on CFH: When a new Edge device deployed, its details are automatically updated in the CFH. This ensures consistency and streamlined workflow as the user does not have to do a manual API call to get the latest Edge device details.

Genix Edge

Genix Edge as an App Hosting Environment along with the Management Console is an integral part of ABB Ability™ Genix for on-premises as well Cloud. Following are the key features of Edge in Genix Suite 25.2:

  • Access historical data using OPC UA Adapter: Users can extract historical data from supported source system using OPC UA Adapters. This enables new time dependent analytics, diagnostics, APM, and other use cases. Following historical data queries are available:

    • Raw reads: All data from a specified time window are extracted.

    • Read at time: Aggregated data in specified intervals are extracted.

    OPC UA Historical Data Access supports a maximum query of 1000 tags for 10 days.

Knowledge Service Hub

Knowledge Services Hub (KSH) is a gateway to Industry Cognitive Model (ICM) that stores business services in the form of APIs. It is a programming interface that provides options to develop custom platform apps by the user by providing an opportunity to create custom services (APIs). Following are the key features and improvements of KSH in Genix Suite 25.2:

  • Configure datasource for custom services: The deployment team can configure the available datasource for custom services from one of the following:

    • Industry Cognitive Model (ICM)

    • Timeseries

    • TS API

    • Ability Info Model

  • Delete multiple custom business services or standard business services: Users can select and delete multiple custom business services or standard business services from the listing page.
